1.CAD Design and drafting as per clients Requirement
2. Detailed Preparation of the estimation as per the drawing and material Selection.
3. Interacting with the client over the phone, mail and directly to understand the client requirement
4. Using Quadra for the Estimation, tender preparation Work order preparation , purchase order preparation and Bill preparation.
5. Purchase Request (PR) and Material Received ( MR) preparations.
6.Preparation of the Agreement Draft and printing on the stamp paper.
7. Contractor Bill preparation
8.Drawing verification
9.Site coordination with the Site Supervisor for the completion of the respective allocated interior works in apartment.
10. Documentation and filing of all documents related to the interior works of the respective apartments.
11. Preparation of the specification for quotation for each individual apartment interior work and collecting the quotation from the contractors and submitting the same for review and approval from the supervisor
12.Updating the work progress of the ongoing works apartment wise
13. Informing accounts to present the cheque of the client as per the payment stages in the contract.
14.Following up with the contractors on the progress of the work and visit the site once a stage is completed.
15. Preparation of the MIS for ones respective allocated work and circulating the same once a week.
16. Documentation of the agreements, bills, quotes, approvals with separate file for each project
17. Updating supervisor with photos of the work progressing in the apartments
