Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Interior Designer & Site Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The role involves creating innovative interior design tecnical drawings & 3D concepts, space planning, and overseeing the execution of design projects on-site. Key responsibilities include preparing construction drawings and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections, as well as coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning
• Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings & 3D renders
• Knowledge of Architecture and practical application in design processes
• Experience with FF&E selection and implementation
• Strong organizational, communication, and project supervision skills
• Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar
• Previous experience in a site supervision or similar role is preferred
