Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to conceptualize, design, and oversee the execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, materials, and client handling. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences. Develop design concepts, mood boards, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations using relevant software. Create working drawings and collaborate with site/project teams for execution. Select materials, colors, furnishings, lighting, and finishes that align with the design concept and budget. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and procurement teams for timely delivery and installation. Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve any on-site issues. Stay updated with current design trends, sustainable materials, and new technologies. Prepare project documentation, BOQs, and timelines. Requirements: Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design or related field. 25 years of professional experience in interior design projects (residential/commercial). Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution will be a strong advantage.
