The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-end interior spaces for bars, cafes, salons, spas, nail studios, and other premium lifestyle establishments. The role involves creating functional, aesthetic, and brand-aligned interiors while ensuring timely project delivery and exceptional quality standards.

• Create design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans for all project types.

• Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate space planning and zoning.

• Develop design solutions that reflect brand identity, functionality, and customer experience goals.

• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renders, and working plans for execution.

• Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings suited for luxury environments.

• Ensure all design elements meet industry standards, durability, and aesthetic alignment.

• Interact with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and brand guidelines.

• Present design concepts, material boards, and project proposals professionally.

• Incorporate client feedback and revisions with clarity and precision.

• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for project execution.

• Review BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement plans.

• Ensure seamless communication between design, procurement, and execution teams.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to plans.

• Ensure high-quality execution of interiors, finishes, lighting, and furniture installation.

• Maintain timelines and ensure project completion within budget and quality standards.

• Ensure that interiors reflect the brand s theme, ambiance, and customer experience expectations.

• Understand trends in hospitality and beauty wellness spaces to create innovative concepts.

• Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 2-6 years of experience in commercial interior design preferably bars, cafes, salons, spas, or retail spaces.

• Strong portfolio showcasing premium hospitality or lifestyle projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

• Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and spatial design.

• Ability to create functional, customer-centric layout plans.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of materials, market trends, and luxury interior standards.
