Job summary

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors for both industrial and residential projects, tailored to client needs and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Develop innovative and practical design concepts for residential and industrial spaces, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget constraints.
• Space Planning: Optimize space utilization by creating ergonomic and efficient layouts that enhance the functionality of interior environments.
• Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design theme and client preferences, while also considering sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of design plans, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Client Presentation: Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to clients, showcasing design proposals through sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, V-Ray, SketchUp Pro, Lumion, Rhino, Blender, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: Less than 1 to 5 years of experience in interior design, specifically within the industrial and residential sectors.
• Education: Graduation in Interior Design or a relevant degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Experience working with diverse design styles and aesthetics
