Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, the ability to transform spaces, and experience managing interior design projects from concept to execution. You will be responsible for creating beautiful, functional, and client-focused interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, 2D/3D drawings, and presentations.
• Select materials, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and supervise work progress to ensure quality and design accuracy.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and sustainability practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven work experience as an Interior Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creative design.

Preferred:

• Portfolio of completed interior design projects.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
