Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create conceptual design ideas, 2D and 3D presentation materials, and develop detailed design plans, including floor layouts, color schemes, and material selections.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, and provide regular updates on project progress.

- Space Planning: Analyze space availability, design needs, and purpose of the space to create functional and aesthetically appealing areas.

- Material Selection: Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and equipment that meet client requirements and project specifications .

Essential Skills:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3DSMax

- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and meet client expectations.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex design issues and challenges quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Education: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design.

Soft Skills:

- Leadership: Ability to lead design teams and manage projects effectively.

- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project goals .
