Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD/SketchUp and coordinate with vendors and contractors. Source/ list-out materials, finishes, furniture, and décor items suitable for the local and regional market. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site personnel to ensure timely execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design compliance. Manage client communications, presentation of design proposals, and feedback incorporation. Stay updated with local trends, sustainability practices, and regional interior preferences.
