Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design concepts to life. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and functional requirements for each project. Conceptualization and Design: Create and develop design concepts, including space planning, colour schemes, furniture layouts, lighting, material selection, and finishes. Space Planning: Develop detailed floor plans and layouts that maximize functionality, flow, and aesthetic appeal of the space. 3D Visualization and Rendering: Use design software to create 3D renderings and visual presentations of design concepts for client approval. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of construction and installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design intent is adhered to. Client Presentations: Present design concepts and ideas to clients, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Master’s degree certification. Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3DS Max) & Others. Minimum of [X] years of professional experience in interior design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members. Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
