Client Consultation:- Engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences for the project. Design Planning: -Develop floor plans, layouts, and design concepts that optimize space usage and flow. Client Communication:- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates, obtaining approvals, and addressing any concerns. Technical Skills:- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.), blueprint reading, and understanding of building codes and regulations. Problem-Solving Skills:- Ability to conduct Site Visits, address challenges and find creative solutions during the design process. AutoCAD , Sketchup or 3Ds Max proficiency required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
