Interior Designer (IKEA for Business)

Role Overview: You will be supporting the IKEA for Business sales function in Thailand by providing interior decoration proposals to customers across all focus verticals. Your main goal will be to maximize IKEA for Business sales by offering attractive and comprehensive interior design solutions that reflect IKEA's range and profile. You will need to ensure that all interior design inquiries in Thailand are correctly interpreted and understood by IKEA Business, and that the proposals given to customers are relevant and meet their expectations. Additionally, you will support the Sales team in creating and presenting customized interior design solutions for larger project customers. Key Responsibilities: - Review and clarify design requests from customers to support the store sales functions. - Utilize your home furnishing competence to create IKEA furnishing solutions in the design proposals for business customers. - Assist the IKEA for Business Sales team in preparing and delivering presentations to larger customers. - Incorporate the company's competitive advantage in Sustainability into the design proposals to support the overall image of IKEA for Business. Qualifications Required: - Strong conceptual and creative understanding of the IKEA range, with the ability to combine products into coherent offers and effectively communicate the IKEA concept to customers. - Experience in interior design and application of the IKEA range. - Fluency in Thai and English. - Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently. - Positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and customer service. - Self-reliant with proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
