Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present creative design concepts, layouts, and mood boards using
BricsCAD
and other design tools.
Prepare detailed
floor plans, elevations, and design specifications
for client approval and project execution.
Select appropriate
materials, finishes, furnishings, and dcor elements
based on design intent and budget.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Monitor on-site implementation to maintain design integrity and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
Stay updated with the latest
industry trends, materials, and design innovations
to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in
Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
.
Minimum
1 year of professional experience
in interior design or a similar role.
Strong
portfolio
demonstrating creative and technical design abilities.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, BricsCAD
, and other relevant design software.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and project management
skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
