Interior Designer

Candidates are required for an associate of Eden Realty Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand the needs and requirements of the client in Modular Furniture and Interior Design
• Must have hands on experience with 3DS Max, Auto CAD, Sketch-up Pro and VRAY
• Must be able to provide on-spot solutions to clients interior problems
• Attend client meetings to draw up a design brief
• Sales goes hand in hand with this role there thorough knowledge of sales is required.
• Design of Home interior, residential flats, Modular Kitchens and Furniture
• Prepare presentation drawings, presentations, working drawings and specifications
• Understand and Demonstrate aptitude of design principles
• Prepare production drawings
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Assess the customers needs and provide help and assistance in buying the Furniture
• Should be able to effectively convert the enquiries to sales
• Should be able to maintain the necessary sales reports, metrics and database
• Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion
• To seek continuing professional development
• Able to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
• Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily/weekly tasks
• Willingness to listen and learn from all members of the team
• Responsible for the quality of execution and quality of thinking and creative

Desired Candidate Profile

• We are looking for Interior Designer who can develop design Concepts in 3- D Software such as Sketch- up and Max and Revit.
• Ability to develop designs based on reference images.
• Ability to resolve design issues emanating out of Design development.
• Incorporating design elements into the 3d model.
• Candidate should work on 3D max and able to do furniture designing.
• Candidate should have experience of working on projects like Residential Flats, house, and office area
• Strong customer facing skills
