Role Description

We specialize in creating functional, aesthetic and personalised spaces that turn houses into dream homes. We're looking for a creative and passionate Interior Designer to join our growing team. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating architecture and construction drawings and designing interiors. This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Design Mint located in Thane.

Responsibilities

Candidate should be from Design Background - Interiors or Architecture.

Develop creative design concepts, mood boards and space planning layouts that align with client needs and company standards.

Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations and design presentations using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop etc.).

Excellent Communication and Project management skills and confident to work on individual projects.

Select materials, furniture, lighting and finishes that fit the project's aesthetic and budget.

Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in interior design.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.

Preferably minimum 2+ years of experience, must have worked in reputed interior firm or in corporate environment.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop or similar tools.

Strong creativity, visual awareness and attention to detail.
