Job Description

Responsibilities

Making of 3D and 2D drawings.
Making of renders and using software for making designs
Use of the softwares like AutoCAD, Google SketchUp and 3dsMax according to the requirements of the clients.
Preparing conceptual presentations and sourcing of reference images.
Handle Finishing, Planning and scheduling of the Projects.
Hands on experience in Furniture Fit outs.
Interaction with the client for satisfactory project completion.
Oversee and manage construction projects at various sites, ensuring work progresses according to design plans and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any on-site issues.
Track project progress, prepare reports, and update project timelines.

Qualifications

1 to 4 years of experience
Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
Should be having software skills like AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS office, Excel.
Previous experience as an Interior Designer and Site Supervisor in the industry.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Office Schedule

Office timings- 10.am-7.pm
Working days- Monday-Saturday
Location- Mumbai(All Areas)
