Key Responsibilities for Interior Designer

● Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) based on site measurements and design inputs

● Deliver detailed technical drawings suitable for execution and vendor coordination

● Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for feasibility and accuracy

● Suggest appropriate materials and finishes in line with market trends and budget,\

● Stay updated on design innovations and current material availability

● (Added Advantage): Ability to develop conceptual 3D views to support design intent

Technical Skills

● High proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings, layouts, and detailing

● Awareness of modular interior construction and execution-level documentation

● Familiarity with 3D modeling or rendering tools (SketchUp, Enscape, etc.) is a bonus but not mandatory

Soft Skills & Working Style

● Self-motivated and capable of managing timelines independently

● Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills

● Ability to adapt to evolving design briefs and provide practical solutions

● Responsive and professional in all interactions
