- Design Development: Utilize SketchUp and 3D modeling software to create detailed and realistic design concepts and presentations. Develop floor plans, elevations, and renderings that effectively communicate design ideas.

- Space Planning: Design functional layouts and optimize spatial arrangements for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.

- Project Management: Oversee design projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design is executed according to specifications, on time, and within budget.

- Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and client preferences. Prepare and present material samples and product recommendations.

- Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and project reports. Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.

- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate design elements and resolve any design or construction issues.

- Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices. Incorporate innovative and eco-friendly solutions into design projects.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.

- Experience: Fresher or 1 year of Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in SketchUp and 3D modeling.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in SketchUp and 3D modeling software.

- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial relationships, and material selection.

- Excellent visualization skills with the ability to create detailed and compelling design presentations.
