Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

Job Title: Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer Reports to: Design Director/Creative Head Job Summary: We're seeking a talented Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer to create stunning, functional spaces and visualizations that bring designs to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and proficiency in 3D visualization software. Key Responsibilities: Interior Designer: 1. Design development: Create innovative, functional interior designs for various projects. 2. Space planning: Optimize space utilization, considering client needs and preferences. 3. Material selection: Specify materials, finishes, and furniture to meet design requirements. 4. Client communication: Collaborate with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. 3D Visualizer: 1. 3D modeling: Create detailed 3D models and visualizations of interior designs. 2. Rendering: Produce high-quality renderings and animations to showcase designs. 3. Design iteration: Refine designs based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and quality. Additional Duties: 1. Collaboration: Work with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity. 2. Design documentation: Prepare design documentation, including drawings and specifications. 3. Staying updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices. Requirements: 1. Degree in Interior Design or related field. 2. Proven experience in interior design and 3D visualization (portfolio required). 3. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Autodesk, SketchUp, Revit,lumion,coohoom,enscape). 4. Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods. 5. Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with 3D visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion,coohoom,enscape). 2. Knowledge of design trends, industry standards, and sustainability principles. 3. Familiarity with design collaboration tools (e.g., BIM, CAD).
