With your expertise in 3D visualization and interior design, you will ensure that all design projects align with the company's vision and standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead & Manage Creative Team: Oversee designers, 3D visualizers, and creative professionals to deliver high-quality design concepts and visualizations promptly. - Design Direction: Develop design concepts and strategies for interior design projects that meet client expectations and brand identity. - 3D Visualization: Drive the creation of 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations to effectively showcase design concepts to clients. - Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and business goals, translating insights into design concepts. - Project Oversight: Ensure seamless coordination between design, technical, and project management teams for successful project completion. - Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to bring creative solutions to projects. - Quality Control: Maintain high design quality and visual excellence across all projects. **Key Skills and Qualifications:** - Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in 3D visualization and interior design, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role. - Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion) and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator). - Leadership Skills: Strong experience in team management, inspiring and guiding a creative team. - Portfolio: Showcase previous interior design projects, including 3D visualizations, renderings, and completed spaces. - Creative Vision: Develop innovative design concepts and solutions with a strong creative and aesthetic sensibility. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and team collaboration. - Degree: Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
