Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Specialist cum Architect with Lead Converter. The role is located in Serilingampalli. Day-to-day tasks include managing and executing interior design projects, creating architectural designs, producing construction drawings, and ensuring design management throughout the project lifecycle. This role also involves acting as a lead converter to guide and convert client leads into successful projects.

Qualifications

• Architectural Design and Architecture skills
• Proficiency in Design Management and producing Construction Drawings
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in managing interior design projects from conception to completion
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Must have the Perfection in Commercial,residential projects with client handling.
