Interior Design Consultant

You will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their design requirements in detail. You will work closely with the sales team to convert potential leads into happy customers. Your role will involve managing the customer's project from start to finish, which includes preparing 2D-3D designs, presentations, BOQ, and quotes, and coordinating material selection with customers. You will provide appropriate design consultation and educate customers about the processes and terms followed at NoBroker. Regular updates on project status and progress should be provided to both customers and management. Collaboration with merchant and fulfillment teams will be necessary to ensure timely project delivery and an excellent customer experience. Additionally, you will be expected to close deals with customers, as this role involves a mix of design and sales responsibilities. Desired Skills and Competencies: - Experience in independently handling interior design projects. - Thorough knowledge and understanding of factory-made modular furniture such as kitchens, wardrobes, and other storage units. - Ability to translate customer requirements into 2D and 3D designs using CAD software, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp. - Knowledge of engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware used in modular kitchens and wardrobes. - Understanding of costing for modular furniture and ability to interpret production drawings, BOQs, and cut lists. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
