Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed interior drawings, including furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, lighting layouts, electrical points, plumbing points, flooring patterns, and sectional details.
Draft working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and as-built drawings based on designer/architect concepts.
Convert sketches, BOQs, and design ideas into precise AutoCAD drawings.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and execution teams to ensure drawing clarity and feasibility.
Prepare 3D views or basic renders (optional—only if applicable).
Ensure drawing accuracy with proper dimensions, layers, standards, and annotations.
Revise drawings as per site requirements and client inputs.
Maintain drawing logs and documentation for all interior projects.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D); SketchUp/Revit knowledge is an added advantage.
Understanding of interior design components—carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, MEP points, materials, and finishes.
Ability to interpret architectural and civil drawings.
Good attention to detail and drafting precision.
Ability to work with designers and site teams for clarifications.

Preferred Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or any relevant field.
