Interior Architect

Role Overview: As a key member of the Dar organization, you will be responsible for leading design efforts and teams, providing design direction, and managing client relationships. You will play a crucial role in developing detailed design concepts, integrating engineering systems, and ensuring excellence in design, execution, and sustainability. Your work will involve collaborating with various disciplines, facilitating program development, and overseeing project design budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for client contact and communicating goals and responsibilities to the project team - Takes initiative on strategic issues including design direction and providing quality management - Develops detailed design concepts and functional requirements in BIM - Coordinates integration of engineering systems into the overall project design - Implements code, accessibility, and zoning analyses - Assists with design and technical coordination among disciplines - Facilitates program development with the project team - Prepares design presentations and oversees multiple project workloads - Directs, organizes, and mentors junior staff - Maintains and organizes project files, schedules, and workflows - Contributes to team-building and continuous development strategies of the Interior unit Qualifications Required: - Professional Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline - 2 to 15 years of experience with a focus on BIM projects - Strong design & development portfolio - Advanced experience in all phases and aspects of a project - Strong competency in interior design specifications, calculations, and industry standards - Strong graphic, 3D visualization, and modeling skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrate collaborative and professional work ethic - LEED accreditation is a plus - PMDP is a plus Additional Company Details: At Dar Pune and Bangalore, the work culture is collaborative and multidisciplinary, focusing on professional growth and continuous learning.
