Interim HR Manager

Role Overview: As an Interim HR Manager at Kwalee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle activities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits - Manage HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, and exit formalities - Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and maintain accurate statutory records - Drive automation and process improvements using tools like BambooHR - Track HR metrics and generate reports on headcount, attrition, and leave trends - Act as the primary contact for employee HR queries - Collaborate on engagement initiatives, onboarding experiences, and policy rollouts Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in tech or gaming industry - Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements - Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency Additional Company Details: Kwalee believes in fostering a fantastic work-life balance for its employees.
