Intercompany Accounting specialist ICG

Role Overview: As a Global Tax Intercompany Accounting Specialist at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate financial reconciliation of intercompany transactions across global Accenture entities. You will collaborate with various teams such as tax, controllership, finance, and finance operations to support audits, monitor transactions, analyze variances, and work on ad-hoc projects. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and apply intercompany policies and procedures. - Respond to queries related to invoicing, settlements, and taxes. - Support stakeholders with urgent or special requests. - Participate in month-end/quarter-end closing of ledgers. - Assist in global system enhancements and country-specific projects. - Improve intercompany systems, processes, and controls. - Format data for audits, tax compliance, and transfer pricing. - Prepare reports on invoicing, settlements, and tax. - Post journal entries to adjust intercompany results. - Provide timely financial data for decision-making. - Contribute to training and documentation. - Be willing to work flexible hours during closing periods. Qualifications: - CA with 4 years of experience, or - CA/CMA Inter + Bachelors in Accounting with 5-6 years of experience. Additional Details: Overtime may be required during monthly financial close, urgent issue resolution, or when working with global teams across different time zones. Skills Required: - Strong accounting knowledge, particularly in US GAAP. - Experience with SAP S4 Hana or similar ERP systems. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.,
