Testing and quality assurance will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving the testing of client-server and web-based applications to ensure alignment with customer requirements. You will be responsible for preparing test deliverables, defect logs, and collaborating closely with development and technical support teams to resolve quality issues. Your responsibilities will also include providing functional and technical support to clients, resolving critical incidents within SLA, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to enhance system performance.
