Role Overview: You will be joining a well-funded healthcare technology company based in Balewadi, Pune, with a focus on modernising primary care through automation and enhanced care coordination. As a senior member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving the integration of healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and design integration requirements. - Develop and maintain interfaces using industry standards like HL7, FHIR, and DICOM. - Implement and configure middleware platforms and integration engines such as Mirth, BizTalk, or Rhapsody. - Integrate EHR, LIS, PACS, and other healthcare applications for seamless data exchange. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across connected systems. - Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to identify and resolve issues proactively. - Apply security best practices to protect patient data during the integration process. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare data regulations. - Analyse integration performance to enhance scalability and efficiency. - Prepare comprehensive documentation, including interface specifications and technical configurations. - Train internal teams and end-users on integration processes and tools. Qualifications Required: - Practical experience with major EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks. - Expertise in FHIR (first preferred), HL7, and DICOM integration standards. - Solid background in healthcare integration and familiarity with middleware tools. - Proven track record in RPA, HL7, or FHIR-based integration projects. - US Healthcare experience with a good understanding of US healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements. - Demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder communication effectively.
