Integration Delivery Lead Digital Backbone

As an Integration Delivery Lead at GSPANN, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of integration projects utilizing Digital Backbone. Your role will involve managing demand onboarding, allocating resources, and mitigating risks while guiding teams on integration technologies such as Boomi, TIBCO, MuleSoft, etc. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives using the Digital Backbone for integration requirements. You will lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects and act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from planning to post-implementation support - Allocate and project resources to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines - Implement Agile methodologies to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues - Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring and supporting professional development - Apply knowledge of integration technologies to guide technical teams - Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of experience in delivery or project management, with at least 5 years managing integration-related projects - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous - Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services - Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and project management practices - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams Join GSPANN as an Integration Delivery Lead and contribute to the success of integration projects by leveraging your expertise in integration technologies and project management methodologies.,
