Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Integration Strategy & Architecture Design end-to-end integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and APIs. Establish integration patterns for synchronous and asynchronous communication. Define architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices. 2. Technical Leadership Provide architectural governance and guidance on integration decisions across teams. Review and approve technical designs and configurations developed by teams. Lead integration performance testing and tuning initiatives. 3. Salesforce Platform Expertise Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. Utilize Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and External Services for seamless event-driven integrations. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Enterprise Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Interact with client stakeholders and third-party vendors to evaluate external integration needs. 5. Documentation & Delivery Oversight Prepare technical design documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration plans. Ensure timely and quality delivery of integration components.
