Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring seamless communication and data flow between different systems, applications, or platforms within an organization.
Analyze requirements and designing integration solutions.
Troubleshoot issues to maintain system efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integration solutions.
Document integration processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
Supporting the development and execution of integration test plans.

Required Technical Skills:

Understanding of API design and RESTful services and familiar API testing and development tool (Postman , swagger)
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
Exp. with integration tools or platforms (e.g. Zoho flow, Oracle, Zapier, SAAS products ).
Knowledge of any Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS)
Exposure to cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with middleware tools to facilitate integration.
