Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

Team handling experience- 3-6 resources
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong experience managing VMS/ MSP Accounts and portals.
Prioritizing Open requirements with different clients and allotting the same to team members
Experience prioritizing requirements based on technology/rates/location.
Responsible for running a profit center.
Responsible for achieving targets and numbers.
Helping team members on requirements
Attending client calls as needed.
As needed, do searches with recruiters to show them exactly how and what needs to be done to find the right candidates.
Follow-up with each recruiter throughout the day to ensure they are working on assigned positions.
Must ensure each team member is following the IRI recruiting process from requirement understanding through delivery.
Responsible for adhering to the Client VMO processes including submittals, interview process, immigration requirements, rates, background, and drug screening.
Conducting periodic performance reviews for team members

Candidate must have:

Minimum 3-4 Years of experience managing a team.
Performance evaluation skills.
Provide training to team members.
Delivery management
Good understanding on technology
Good understanding on Visa and Tax terms
