Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Telecaller located in Surat. The Insurance Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about insurance products, resolving customer queries, and assisting in the enrollment process. The role will also involve following up with potential customers and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective verbal communication skills
• Experience in customer service and client support
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and services
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proactive in following up with potential customers
• Ability to work internally within a team and independently when required
• Bachelor's degree in any field, although an educational background in finance or business is a plus
