🌟 We’re Hiring – Client Support Officers 🌟

We’re expanding our Insurance Support team at Felcorp Support and seeking motivated Support professionals at all levels, Freshers, Juniors and seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Preparing, checking, and processing insurance documentation

🔹 Assisting with policy commencements, renewals, and claims support

🔹 Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing

🔹 Maintaining accurate client records and trackers

🔹 Ensuring timely communication and resolution of queries

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Management background preferred)

✔️ Polite and professional. Customer Focussed - Essential

✔️ Excellent Spoken & written English communication skills - Essential

✔️ 6-month internship/experience in insurance - Highly Advantageous

✔️ Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn - Essential

✔️ Ability to manage tasks under deadlines - Essential

✔️ Freshers, Juniors and seniors with the right attitude are welcome to apply
