Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative located in Lucknow. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for generating insurance sales, providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, explaining policy details, assisting clients with policy selection, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets will be key priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales and Sales
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
