Insurance Sales Officer

You will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products such as life, health, and auto insurance to both new and existing clients. Utilizing various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals, you will identify and pursue new sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Providing expert advice and personalized insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs is a key aspect of the role. Staying up-to-date with the latest insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements is essential. You will need to provide detailed information to clients about the features and benefits of different insurance policies, conducting presentations and educating clients on how these products can meet their specific needs. Generating new leads by attending industry events, networking functions, and referrals will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining an active pipeline of prospects and consistently meeting business development goals is important. You will be required to prepare and submit reports on sales activities and performance metrics to management. Handling paperwork, policy applications, and claims processes accurately and efficiently is crucial to ensure smooth operations. Keeping accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and insurance policies is also a key aspect of the role. Addressing customer concerns, claims, and inquiries in a timely manner is essential to maintain customer satisfaction. Providing ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure they are satisfied with their insurance coverage is another important responsibility. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in Kochi, Kerala. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales.
