Roles & Responsibilities: Acquire new clients and cross-sell Motor, Health, Fire, Marine, Workers Compensation, and Liability insurance. Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims servicing. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver customer-first service. Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claims, and other teams for smooth execution. Achieve individual sales targets and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports. Stay updated on insurance product offerings, regulations, and competitor trends. Qualification & Experience: Education: Graduate Experience: 0 to 7 years IRDA certification preferred (Not Mandatory) CRM & MS Office proficiency
