Job Description

Responsibilities:  Sell financial products (insurance ) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business. Update customer records and database. Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.    Key Requirements:  Graduate degree (any discipline) Good communication and persuasion skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Familiarity with financial products (desirable)   Salary: upto 40000 take home depending on current /previous salary   Other facilities: Transportation: Free pick and drop Cafeteria: Subsidized rate
