The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain products or services clearly and convincingly. Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs. Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system. Follow up with interested customers to close sales. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team. Provide excellent customer experience throughout the interaction. Requirements:Minimum 6 months–1 year of telesales or customer service experience (freshers can also apply if communication is strong). Good communication skills in English and regional languages. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM entries. Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
