Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound queries and follow up with potential leads
• Maintain a database of customer information
• Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

Key Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Prior experience in telecalling or voice process is a plus
• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
• Basic computer knowledge
