Company: Kotak Life Insurance Location: Ahmedabad,Surat, Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Insurance / Financial Services Experience: 5-7 --- Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our insurance sales team. This is a field-based role involving direct interaction with customers to promote and sell life insurance products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills. --- Key Responsibilities: Field visits to meet potential customers and generate leads. Promote and sell Kotak Life Insurance products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct follow-ups and handle documentation. Participate in training and development sessions. --- Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in the field and travel locally. Sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
