Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Promote and sell motor insurance policies to showroom customers.
Coordinate with insurance companies to process new policies, renewals, and claims.
Ensure timely renewal follow-ups and maintain customer insurance records.
Guide customers on policy options, premium rates, and coverage benefits.
Handle claims documentation and assist customers during the claim settlement process.
Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and agents.
Achieve monthly insurance sales and renewal targets.
Provide post-sale support and resolve customer queries.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and Tata Motors guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on insurance business and performance.
