Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across new car sales, used car exchange, finance, and insurance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase walk-ins, lead conversions, and revenue. Supervise and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity. Monitor daily sales activities, allocate targets, and review performance of sales consultants. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores. Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues to build long-term relationships. Collaborate with finance, insurance, and service departments for seamless customer experience. Drive cross-selling of accessories, AMC, and insurance renewals. Ensure timely submission of MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews.
