Location: Pune – (Work from Office)
Process: UK Pensions – Defined Benefits (DB) & Defined Contribution (DC)
Salary: Up to 7LPA
Shift: UK Shifts (12 PM – 12 AM, any 9-hour shift) | Week Off: Any 2 days
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in UK Pensions – DB & DC schemes
In-depth knowledge of UK pension processes, legislation, and scheme types
Proficient in MS Excel & pension administration tools
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Administer & manage UK DB and DC pension schemes
Process scheme events: joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths
Perform accurate benefit calculations and reconciliations
Liaise with UK-based clients & stakeholders to resolve queries
Ensure compliance with UK pension regulations and maintain accurate records.
