Insurance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and managing insurance products and services to individuals and businesses. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Promote and sell various insurance products (life, health, general, motor, etc.) to clients.
• • Identify prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• • Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and loyalty.
• • Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the company.
• • Provide excellent after-sales service and support to clients.
• • Assist clients with policy renewals, claims, and queries in a timely manner.
• • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and reports.
• • Stay updated on insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• • Prior experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• • Good knowledge of insurance products and compliance regulations.
• • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
