Job Description

As an experienced candidate in health insurance administration, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Administer health insurance policies in alignment with CGHS guidelines to ensure accurate implementation. - Oversee the claims submission and processing workflow, guaranteeing timely and precise handling of claims. - Provide support to beneficiaries by addressing their health insurance queries, claims, and service-related issues. - Maintain and analyze data pertaining to claims, policy renewals, and beneficiary services for trend identification and process enhancement. - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies governing health insurance operations. - Collaborate with healthcare providers and hospitals to streamline the processing of claims and services effectively. In addition to the above responsibilities, it is crucial for you to possess the following qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in CGHS Health insurance, Insurance Brokering, or TPA. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages. Please note that immediate joiners are preferred for this position.,
