Insurance Claims

As a North America Insurance Claims professional at WTW, your role involves notifying Claims to the insurer on behalf of the Client, maintaining and updating the centralized inbox and tracking database regularly, liaising with team members and US peers to ensure all aspects of Claims are addressed, focusing on quality with an understanding of financial implications, reviewing Claims operational reports daily and following up with Carriers, escalating errors and breaches to the Lead, working as per compliance requirements, reverting to emails professionally, and actively participating in all interactions such as Team huddles and Stakeholder discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Notify Claims to the insurer on behalf of the Client - Maintain and update the centralized inbox and tracking database regularly - Liaise with team members and US peers to ensure all aspects of Claims are addressed - Focus on quality with an understanding of financial implications - Review Claims operational reports daily and follow up with Carriers - Escalate errors and breaches to the Lead - Work as per compliance requirements - Revert to emails professionally - Actively participate in all interactions (Team huddles, Stakeholder discussions, etc.) Qualifications Required: - Graduation If you possess excellent command over written and spoken English, attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, ability to prioritize and organize tasks within stiff timelines, learn new processes and systems, be flexible and adaptable to changing demands, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, be a quick learner and team player, work independently and as part of a team, have extreme competence in comprehension, and preferably have insurance experience, this role is a perfect fit for you.,
