Insurance Billing Specialist

You are an experienced Insurance & Credit Billing Executive with a deep understanding of healthcare billing processes. You should have hands-on experience in managing CGHS, TPA, Transco, Genco, Singareni, BTC, and other corporate billing accounts. Your key responsibilities will include handling end-to-end billing processes for various credit billing clients, preparing and processing insurance claims accurately, coordinating with different departments for necessary documentation, maintaining accurate billing records, liaising with TPA representatives and corporate HR teams for query resolution, ensuring compliance with hospital billing policies, providing reports on credit billing status, collections, and pending claims, handling audits and documentation for institutional bodies. To excel in this role, you are required to have a graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Healthcare Administration, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hospital billing and insurance coordination, strong knowledge of CGHS, TPA protocols, and corporate billing procedures, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in hospital billing software and MS Office tools, and the ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in large multispecialty hospitals or healthcare chains, particularly in the Hyderabad region.
