Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for selling insurance products through assigned Bank Branches. Your role will involve coordinating between the Bank and the company, from lead generation to policy conversion. Additionally, you will need to build mutually beneficial relationships with the Bank, assist in the acquisition of clients, gather and analyze customer requirements for effective product pitching, handle objections and grievances, and provide timely solutions. You will also be expected to guide and mentor new team members, ensuring they meet required deliverables and uphold company values. Key Responsibilities: - Sell insurance products through assigned Bank Branches - Coordinate between Bank and company for lead generation to policy conversion - Follow up with Bank Operations - Build relationships with Bank to aid in client acquisition - Gather and analyze customer requirements for product pitching - Handle objections and grievances, providing timely solutions - Guide and mentor new team members with required deliverables and company values Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred Additional Company Details: The job is full-time and requires in-person work at the designated location.
