Role Overview: As an Insurance Sales Executive working through assigned Bank Branches, your role will involve coordinating between the Bank and the company from lead generation to policy conversion. You will be responsible for following up with the operations of Banks and building mutually beneficial relationships with the Bank to aid in the acquisition of clients. Additionally, you will be involved in customer requirement gathering and analysis to enhance product pitching, handling objections and grievances, and providing timely solutions. Furthermore, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring new team members by assisting them with required deliverables and instilling company values. Key Responsibilities: - Insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches - Coordinating between Bank and company from lead generation to policy conversion - Following up with Operations of Banks - Building mutually beneficial relationships with Banks for client acquisition - Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for effective product pitching - Handling objections and grievances, providing timely solutions - Guiding and mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedules.
