As an Insurance Operations Assistant, your role involves processing and reviewing insurance applications and documents, maintaining and updating client records in the database, and coordinating with underwriting and claims departments for timely processing. You will be responsible for performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, assisting in audits and compliance checks, and resolving any issues or discrepancies in documentation. Additionally, you will support the creation of reports and analytics for management review. Key Responsibilities: - Process and review insurance applications and documents - Maintain and update client records in the database - Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments for timely processing - Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency - Assist in audits and compliance checks - Resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation - Support the creation of reports and analytics for management review Qualifications: - Any degree - Previous experience in insurance operations or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment - Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel - Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures In this role, you will utilize skills such as data entry, MS Excel, database management, insurance regulations, document handling, report generation, problem solving, and attention to detail.
